Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if it is faulty or you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see below for further information on our returns policy. 

RETURNS:

All items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item. 

Items must be unused, in original packaging and in not damaged.

If the item arrived faulty please let us know as soon as possible. 

There is a 10% restocking free unless the item is faulty.

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item please email customer service at hello@aitchinteriors.co.uk to let us know the reason for the return and we will then send you the return address. We will then send you a return reference number.

PLEASE NOTE: SOME ITEMS ARE RETURNED DIRECTLY TO MANUFACTURER, PLEASE CONTACT US TO CONFIRM THE CORRECT RETURN ADDRESS FOR YOUR SPECIFIC ITEMS. 

REFUNDS:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to be processed. We will notify you when this has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS:

We do not accept returns on items that has already been discounted unless faulty or damaged on arrival.
